we will meet so I can find out all
your needs & wants in purchasing a
property. You will then be put on
my email 'hot-list' mailer where all of
the properties that meet as much of
your criteria as possible in your
price range will be automatically
sent to your email each time one
becomes available. This gives you
the opportunity to sit comfortably in
your home, and browse through the
listings with pictures and then let me
know which ones you want me to
set appointments for us to go and
view. My goal is to help you find the
property you want, and to be there
with you all the way through the
closing! When you become a client
of mine, you are not forgotten at the

home and after walking thru and
viewing your home, we will sit
down together and go over all the
details of the listing agreement. I
will go over my marketing plan,
and we will decide which type of
marketing is best suited for your

set of keys ready for me so they
can be put in the 'supra' holder so
agents can start showing your
property immediately! With both
